Coach Capacity Building Program Seminar

The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at Superior University, in collaboration with the Social Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) and Chaudhary Muhammad Akram Center for Entrepreneurship and Development (CMACED), organized an exclusive faculty development session under the Coach Capacity Building Program. The session provided meaningful insights into purpose-driven leadership and innovative thinking for social impact. It began with a reflective talk by Mr. Syed Ali Mohsin Naqvi, Director of the Chaudhry Abdul Khaliq Center for Contemporary Islamic Sciences (CAKCCIS), who emphasized the role of character strengths like integrity, perseverance, and empathy in shaping transformative educators. The day concluded with a hands-on session by Mr. Mukarram, Manager at the Office of Engagement and Co-Creation, who guided participants through practical frameworks of design thinking to foster creative and people-centered problem-solving approaches.
