Conducting And Implementing Academic Excellence Audits and Recognition Systems

January 15 @ 8:00 am - March 17 @ 4:00 pm

The Academic Audit is a periodic program review conducted by the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) across all faculties. Its primary aim is to encourage departments to critically assess their educational quality processes. Rather than evaluating outcomes alone, the audit focuses on how academic decisions are made and how departmental resources are organized and utilized to serve students effectively. The audit was conducted for faculty facilities, including sub-campuses in Faisalabad, Sargodha, and Rahim Yar Khan.

Objectives

The key objectives of the QEC academic audit are:

  • To assess the regularity and punctuality of faculty and staff members.
  • To review the process of curriculum development and the criteria used for its timely updates.
  • To evaluate the availability and adequacy of resources that support student learning.
  • To examine the policies and operational processes that ensure the effective functioning of programs and departments.
