DESCRIPTION:The Academic Audit is a periodical program review conducted by QEC in all the faculties.  The purpose of an academic audit is to encourage a department to evaluate its “Educational Quality Processes”. An audit asks how the department approaches educational decision making and how it organizes the work\, using the available resources in the best interests of the students. \nOBJECTIVES \nFollowing are the objectives of QEC. \n\nTo measure the regularity and punctuality of the faculty/staff members.\nTo evaluate the process of curriculum development and its updating criteria.\nTo evaluate the availability of resources required for students’ learning.\n\nTo analyze the policies and processes required for the smooth operations of program and department.

DESCRIPTION:An exclusive training session was conducted for the faculty members to help them learn the process of “Self-Assessment Report” (SAR) by Mr. Abada Farooq\, Assistant Director (QEC) and Mr. Umer Tariq\, Assistant Director (QEC). \nThey explained all the details and nitty-gritty of the SAR standards and guided the Program Teams and Assessment Teams of Lahore zone campuses and Sub Campuses on mechanisms to develop an errorless SAR within the given deadlines.
