The training provided comprehensive guidance on the PREE standards\, offering detailed insights into each component. Program Teams and Assessment Teams from Lahore zone campuses and sub-campuses were instructed on how to develop accurate and error-free PREE reports within the defined timelines\, ensuring compliance with institutional quality benchmarks.

DESCRIPTION:The Academic Audit is a periodic program review conducted by the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) across all faculties. Its primary aim is to encourage departments to critically assess their educational quality processes. Rather than evaluating outcomes alone\, the audit focuses on how academic decisions are made and how departmental resources are organized and utilized to serve students effectively. The audit was conducted for faculty facilities\, including sub-campuses in Faisalabad\, Sargodha\, and Rahim Yar Khan. \n \n  \n  \nObjectives \nThe key objectives of the QEC academic audit are: \n\nTo assess the regularity and punctuality of faculty and staff members.\nTo review the process of curriculum development and the criteria used for its timely updates.\nTo evaluate the availability and adequacy of resources that support student learning.\nTo examine the policies and operational processes that ensure the effective functioning of programs and departments.
